Franchise relationship

Satyam Agarwal operates as an authorised franchise / authorised person of JM Financial for the sourcing and servicing of demat and trading accounts in Giridih, Jharkhand.

Brokerage services, settlement and platform operations are provided by the stockbroker under its own SEBI registration and exchange memberships.

Registration details

Stockbroker SEBI registration number, exchange member codes and authorised-person registration numbers are displayed at our office and will be shared in your account-opening documents.

Scope of services

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. We do not provide portfolio management services and do not accept funds or securities into any personal account.

Never transfer money or securities to an individual's personal account. All payments for market transactions must go to the broker's designated bank account.

Charges

Brokerage, statutory levies and depository charges are as per the tariff sheet provided at account opening and as revised by the broker from time to time.
